RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if you are not. But for whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be happy to provide exchanges and returns for the merchandise purchased from us, if the following conditions are met :

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Merchandise would need to be purchased originally from 420 Legacy.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds regardless if the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable.

1. RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges and are non-refundable.
Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
All refunds are subject to a $5.99 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. STORE CREDIT

Store Credit can only be used online at 420legacy.com.
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have requested “Store Credit” as the refund method.
Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit never expires.
Store credit is provided in Brazilian Reais.
Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
To view your Store Credit balance, log into your 420 Legacy account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
